What areas do you service?
We currently provide service to all areas of Guelph, Ontario.
Who will be entering my home when I am away?
The person you meet during the consultation will be the only person entering your home. Only in an emergency will alternative arrangements be made and every effort will be made to notify you or your emergency contact first!
I work days, do you do evening consultations?
Yes! I will book evening appointments to accommodate your schedule.
How long does a consultation last?
Generally, a consultation will take between 30 minutes to an hour.
What will happen if my pet becomes sick when I am away?
Every effort will be made to contact you or your emergency contact. If we are unable to reach you and it is an emergency our first priority is always the health and welfare of your pet. We will try to use your preferred veterinarian, however if this is not possible I will take your pet friend to an emergency clinic.
Is any of my personal information given out to third parties?
Absolutely not! We do not divulge any information for any reason, marketing or otherwise. Your privacy is important to us!
How do I make payments?
Usually you are invoiced at the conclusion of a pet sitting assignment. In the case of long term contracts, you will be billed on the visit closest to the first or the fifteenth of each month. Cheques can be made payable to Creature Comforts.
